This question is related to Coeloem (body cavity) of organisms.
All the Acoelomates: 1.Porifera, 2.Cnidaria and 3.Ptenophora are the three phyla
with Acoeloem (no coeloem).
So The above three Phylla organisms donot have tube in tube arrangement.
Among the Invertebrate phylla
From the phylum platyheliminthes upto chordata this type of tube in tube arrangement is observed.
For further information go through the images attached.
In the below image all deutero stomes have two openings anus and mouth so they have tube in tube arrangement.
