As2S3 is a negatively charged sol, the negative charge is due to adsorption of S2- ions on the sol.For coagulation wen nedd oppositely charged sol i.e. positively charged sol. Also, accoding to Hardy-Schulz law which states : ‘the greater the valence of the flocculating ion, the greater will be its coagulating power’Thus the most effective flocculant will be AlCl3 as Al has +3 charge on it.
