Wavelenth of second line of balmer series means , transition is happening from 4thshell to 2ndshell. So you can find the wavelength by using formula and put n2 = 4 and n1 = 2.

For the limiting line put n2 = infinity

wavelength of second line in balmer series is obtain by transition from 4th shell to 2nd shell and applying the formula of rybergs constant and for limiting wavelength we take the value of n2=infinity.

Wavelength of second line in balmer series is obtained by trainsitionoing from the fourth shell to the second shell and then applying the formulawith rudberg's constant and for limiting line put n2 equal to infinity and then you will get the answer which is correct
