Since I.P increases across a period,so among Be,B and C carbon will have highest I.P .Since it is after Be and Be in the second period.Across a period nuclear charge decreases and since carbon experiences less nuclear charge than Be and B . So the value of I.p for carbon is high.Thank u

Be have higher ionization potential. Bcz it have stable configuration of 2s^2. And boron have 2s^2 2p^1. And carbon have 2s^2& 2p^2. It`s easier to remove electrons from p orbital so they have lower ionization potential.

Be because this element has filled orbitall in valence do shell. Thus it requires later more energy to ionize the element In comparison to C & B which contain unfilled orbital making it less stable than Be

Be has ns2 type stable configuration makes difficult to remove its outermost electron , so highest ionisation potential
