{Ag(Nh3)2}[Ag(CN)2] is shown as a neutral molecule. But its name is as if it were a negatively charged ion which is diamminesilver(!)dicyanoargentate(!). why so?

A coordination compound would be netural if any one compound associated with it would be neutral, here the neutral one is associated with the [Ag(CN)2] which has CN- as negative ions which is the cause by which the dicyanoargentate (1)  is named.
