I will give you the approach how to solve the questions . 
step 1 – find the moles of cl in both the solution . 
that u can do by the formula , 
moles of mg =cl=molarity*volume in l
0.2 moles in 1000 ml.. 
then add both cl moles and divide by full volume. 
both cl means 
moles of cl in alcl3 solution + moles of cl in mgcl solution ,/  total volume 
That will give the answer to your query .
