Yes. Only solvents pass through the semi-permeable membrane during osmosis. Hence, solvents, such as acids, which show dis-association into ions also pass though the semi-permeable membrane during osmosis. Hence, it is evident that ions too would pass through the semi-permeable membrne during osmosis.

there are different permeable membrane and it depends on size of the pore on it which particle will pass through it and which will not

Dear Suman Ghosh,

Ions can easily pass through the semi-permeable membranes during Osmosis !!

Only those Solute molecules cannot Pass through these Semi-Permeable Membranes !!
