HELLO JOANA,
IF you want to convert CH3-CHBr-CHBr-CH3 from CH2=CH-CH2-CH3,you have to add Br2 + HBr
CH2=CH-CH2-CH3 + Br2 + HBr--------------> CH3-CHBr-CHBr-CH3

First Add HBr to get rid of the double bond. Then add Alcoholic Koh to obtain a double bond in centre. Then add Br2 in the presence of CCl4 to obtain your product.
