Firstly react hydroxy cyclohexane with the H2SO4 that is H+ the wtaer molecule would get eliminataed tat is woth H+ and -OH molecule together and a carbocation cyclohexanee would be formed.
And then after react it with cyclopropyl anion as a nucleophile that would attack the cation position of the hexane.
