The pseudo compel following up on the truck due to the movement= Mass of the cartxacceleration of the truck 
=> The pseudo compel following up on the truck because of the development =1500x1=1500N 
The frictional constrain acting= µmg = 0.2x1500x10 
=> The frictional constrain acting =3000N 
the drive applied by horse on the truck = Pseudo Force+Frictional Force (BALANCING OF FORCES) 
=> the drive applied by horse on the truck =4500N.
