Rank 1269 In OBC Category,is this my category rank or is it a common rank.I just realised that i am a obc in state Uttar Pradesh but not in the national list, will i be allowed to attend counselling as a General candidate. Hi, if you are not shown your general rank, that means you haven't got any. Unfortunately, you have to give counselling from your OBC rank only.
