YOu must score more than the aggregate cutoff marks to get a seat in IITs ,besides this you should also satisfiy individual subject cutoff . if you have scored more than the aggregate cuttoff but fail to clear the individual cutoff in any one of the three subject then also you will not get admission in IITs.
