Hey student..
in oredr to look for the stability of the compounds, you need to take into account the EAN Rule. the compound which has complete EAN stability will be more stable than the other one.

Here Carbonyl is stronger ligand as compared to Cyanide group and hence stronger group ligand will increase the C.F.S.E making it more stable.
