The concept is simple here:
And that is the pheomena of Scattering of vivid particles light in the enviromnent.
As scattering of light is onversely proportional to the fourth power of wavelength, hence lesser the wavelength more would be the scattering and hence blue/vilet has the least wavelngth among all the seven colors spectrum would be scattered most.
And this phenomena is called as Rayleigh Scatteing.
