Parallelogram method
R² = P² + Q² + 2PQ cos theta
Because x axis and y axis are perpendicular
Hence theta = 90 degree
R² = P² + Q² +0
R = [\large \sqrt] (P²+Q²)
R = [\large \sqrt] 136
