The issue is about time management. You have to know when to study more for school exams and more for IIT JEE preparations.IIT JEE requires a lot of hardwork and time whereas school exams are relatively easy. So for majority of time you can study for JEE but some time needs to be given to school. You have 245 hours in a day(everyone does). Try to allocate the time efficiently such that there is a proper balance between the two.Also, during the school exams you need to put to rest the JEE preparations or a while.
