YES I HAVE SEEN THAT BOOK AND IT IS A GOOD BOOK. SO YOU CAN FOLLOW IT.I WILL TELL YOU ONE THING DEAR, CHOICE OF GOOD BOOK IS MUST BUT IN END IT EFFECTS YOUR PERFORMANCE BY 10-15%.

i would like to add 1 points – n . awasthi are mainly for medical aspirants , not for jee . as it contains conceptual explanation more . 
so, rather than following that , go with cengage publication for organic , p bahadur for physical and grb pub . for inorganic chemi . 
n . awasthi will cater the needs upto mains , not for advanced 
all the best
