no , for offline there are no grace mark as of now , this time jee set paper with error free question . 
and in online CBT test there are 1-2 ques which forms ambiguity . so, cbse cab consider that 
HOPE IT CLEARS

yes here is the list of the ambiguous questions in jee main 2017 offline paper 1
phy: 1) the question which asked the relation b/w a and b because it wasn’t mentioned whether they are molar or gram      specific heats.
        2) the question from doppler effect as it si not in jee syllabus
chemistry: 1) they didn’t mention that the ppt was AgCl.
                 2) dibal-h reduces COOH to CHO
maths: 1) the question from areas can be intepreted in two ways

yes,,bonus marks should be awarded in jee 2017 offline paper as..4 questions were ambiguous.....cbse have to give bonus marks to all student after all this is the matter of there future....

1. Doppler effect question was out of JEE mains scope of syllabus.
 
2. There was a question on shm which 
had no correct answer as the graph 
Predicted is smooth,
 
3. question 10 of set a was ambiguous,a question based on lithium and magnesium was found to be ambiguous,
 
4. Question based on area of curve ,question 79
Of set A was ambiguous.

There were 3 incorrect questions in jee main 9/4/17 paper First was to find r1-r2 for which answer was 0.05 and none of the options were correct and the next one was about conical pendulum as both rao IIT institute and akash have said the question is incorrect and the third was the matrix question for which some people are saying none of the options are correct therefore at least 8-12 bonus marks must be given and another question to find the number of photons in the pulse they have given width of the retina to be 60ms but what is 60 ms they should have mentioned properly and the question to identity biodegradable polymer rao IIT institute have given glyptal as correct answer

I think yes....grace marks of 10 to 12 marks should be provided as there are many questions which Are creating confusion and the answers finded are not matched with the official answer key.
