as per the current notofication , in jee advanced u will face questions of both 11th and 12th , but this year there will be a planning to do the one single exam for mains and advanced , so, we cannot surely say abt the syllabus , but if u want to qualify the jee u need to study both 11th and 12th syllabus . . 
kindly be update with the jee main website for the same .
