i think u want previous year question paper . 
if so , then u have to download one by one year , 
but search in google , there are sites which gives you complete 5-6 years papers in a single zip files . 
otherwise , u can go for the books , in that chapterwise u can get all the questions from last 37 years of jee. 
and for boards also arihant have 1 book , and all in one have cbse examination archeive section . 
u can use anyone of the above .
