I am getting marks 100 to 110 in Brilliant's All India Mock Test. Will I get into IIT with this score? What will be my rank all over India if this was JEE?? APPROX...

You can not pridect by brilliant test series. because that is not so famous and most of the student do not write this paper so this is a useless comparision. yes you can comare your marks with average markes of the students. Do not conclude this rank with JEE rank.
If this was resonance or FIITJEE test series (open test), only we can pridect your rank but not by this test series.
