I got a seat in IIT Bhubaneshwar Mechanical and NIT Nagpur Electronics and Communications Engineering. Which one should I prefer? Please give some advice

Mechanical Engg @ IIT-Bhubaneshwar is the better option ..
If you get Core branches in the top 3 NIT's(NIT-Trichy/Warangal/Surathkal) then consider them !
But in this case IIT-Bhubaneshwar is better ...
