You have lots of option available this year ,may be you get good rank next year but will loss your one year .
YOu should try in NIT surahkal or NIt calicult ,Lots of option avilable there for you.
you preference should not limited to perticular city.whole carrer depends upon this ,you should try for good college .
IT BHU and ISMU dhanbad is also very good option vailable for you.
