Sir, i have applied request for redemption of 500 points but still they are not redeemed even after 15 working days. And i want to redeem my 500 points for gift. But why my points are not redeeming yet on askiitians. I hope that u solve my problem quickly. For details ;rishika choudhary, points redemption request=500, total points=537 mobile no.[protected] and from 15 days my points are not redeemed . I requested for redemption of my points for the first time. Please solve my query as fast as possible.
