for which you have to take part in conferences in IITS or good colleges.
Also Take part in only in your domain.

Hiii dear 
The good idea to submit research is , you need to talk to good people . 
I meant by saying good people means , IIT professors , CSIR , DRDO ,ISRO Scientists . 
You need to check the profile of good people , Who have good contacts  ,
They can help ypu in funding, and you can also do PHD under them .
