NO NO ASEEM NO NEED OF ANY EXTERNAL TUTION . IF YOUR COACHING INSTITUTE HAS A GOOD FACULTY AND THEY HAVE PROVIDED YOU SOME QUALITY MATERIAL THEN NO NEED OF ANY OTHER TUTIONS.

External tution will only be required if the concepts u are not able to understand . 
so, try your best in the coaching center to understand a concept , generally choose a national ranking coaching center by joining a typical demo class with them . 
and in case you are preparing both for medical and engg ( PCMB STUDENT ) THen u can take maths / bio from external tutiuon . 
otherwise u may favour askiitian study material , as it have very good explnation of concepts and for sure with low cost than your external tution .
