it purely depend upon the branch that u are intrested in . 
as iit delhi selects the students on the besis of jee advanced ranking , 
and jee advanced changed everytime the paper pattern in terms of marks . so, we cannot specify the marks here , 
just , u need to score 40 – 55 percent of the total marks of the paper , 
only then u can get a seat in iit delhi branch . 
but , if u want comp sci , then the demand will be quite high .

HI PRATYASHA,
we cant predict the marks as the total marks of jee-advanced exam changes every year but yes you can think about the  rank. but also it will depend on whicht branch you want!
Try to score about 50% of total marks!
for decent branch your rank should be about AIR-500
however for computer science and engineering you will need rank around AIR-100 for IIT Delhi.
