please told me what you want to know clearly.
if friend you are asking about life span of tree than it varies according to different species of trees.
if you are sking about tree of life then :The tree of life is a metaphor which expresses the idea that all life is related by common descent. Charles Darwin was the first to use this metaphor in modern biology. It had been used many times before for other purposes. The evolutionary tree shows the relationships among various biological groups.

by my assumption u want to know the life span of tree , 
so, here is the answer – 
Some of the shorter-lived trees are include palms, which can live around 50 years. The persimmon has an average lifespan of 60 years, and the black willow will probably survive for around 75 years. On the other hand, Alaska red cedar can live up to 3,500 years..
every tree species have diffrent life span and , we cannot give a specific life span to a tree , so, it can be said as bineeal , perinneal etc .
