i have completed all steps of aiims registration and i have got the print out also , but still, in the registration form i can change details what i have already entered .. and it shows proceed to step two .. is this an issue that have to be reported???

yes , u can report it to aiims new delhi via their mail . 
and this is a known issue and 1 more issue already their – payment failed issue , thats already reported , so, they will solve it as soon as possible . 
donot worry for that , hold on till 10 feb , everything will be correct
