There is a helpline and a query section regarding these kind of issues. What you can do is drop a complaint regarding this on that link. Clearly stating the issue and its justification.

sir, i dint find any such link but i emailed it to jee helpline. i tried calling them but they dont respond. how much time will it take for the complaint to be processed?
