150+ to get a good NIT...although it depends on the level of question paper as well

First , let me clarify that to get admission in nit you must secure a good rank in jee main and every year rank Vs marks fluctuate , so we can't say that this much marks required by candidate to get in nit. But you need atleaset 140+ marks to get in Good NIT.
