Yes you can get lower NITs for good branches on these marks or lower branches in good NITs

It is difficult to analyse performance given your marks. Just wait for your rank to come coz everything is relative and your rank will be the true parameter

It’s difficult to take admission in top college desired course.
So its better if you look at top universities which provide  you excellent placement opportunities,enhance your communication skills,good scholarship.
The universities are
1)Birla Institute of Technology
2)Lovely Professional University
3)Delhi Technological University.

With this score, getting into an NIT is not poaaible, I recommend you to try at some other renowned institution like – BHU, Varanasi,..............................MBM College of Engg, Jodhpur,......................Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara,.........................VIT, Vellore.........  and all of these are very well known for quality education followed by best ever placements in Top rated MNCs
