Dear samruddhi

NCERT is good for beginning but not sufficient. You must refer other books to increase your chances to get in AIEEE colleges.

if you are prepearing for AIEEE 2010 ,and till now you not following any other book then i will sugest you not refer any book now .because enough time is not left to from from any new book. You just follow your coaching class notes and NCERT.

but if you are weak in few topic and want to clear the concept then books from these books .
