Engineers Don’t Underestimate The Power Of CGPA

Once there were 2 engineers; named Ram and Shyam. They both were traveling through a dense forest when they came across a broad stream. They both were in dilemma of crossing the river and suddenly they decided to use their own skills and cleverness to cross the river.
Ram while wandering, noticed a bridge made of stones. He straight away went there and crossed the river safely by walking across the bridge.
Meanwhile, Shyam, the edgy man quickly jumped into the river and began swimming across in eager anticipation. On reaching the other bank, he found himself wet and shivering.
When people at their hometowns heard their story, they were all in praise of Shyam.
Why?
