CBSE announces Revaluation at Class 12th levelThere is finally a good news for class 12th students. Central Board of Secondary Education has finally announced the facility of ‘revaluation’ at Class XII level from this year onwards. It is in addition to the provisions of verification of marks and obtaining of photocopy of evaluated answer books which are already in practice, and happening for a long time.

This Revaluation is a three-step interlinked process, as candidates applying for verification of marks will only be eligible to apply for obtaining photocopy of evaluated answer book, and those obtaining photocopy of answer book will only be eligible to apply for revaluation in the identified subjects.

For verification of marks, students have to make an online request within seven days of receiving the result, with effect from coming Friday i.e. 6th June, 2014. The last day of request is Thursday, June 5 and applicants need to pay Rs.300 per subject. The request for obtaining photocopy of answer book can be made between June 20th and June 23rd 2014. In case a student is not satisfied, he or she can request for revaluation. But before that, they must follow these two steps as mentioned. The entire application process is online.
