Scheduled to be held from January 23 to January 26, 2014, Spring Fest will include more than 80 events across seven genres which provide students with a platform to showcase their talents.

IIT KGP is counting on participation of students from across the country in the event.

The three-nationwide events at the Spring Fest that are quite popular are – the rock band competition called Wildfire which will be held in Bangalore, Delhi, Guwahati, Kolkata and Mumbai; the street play competition Nukkad which will be held in Bhopal, Pune, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Delhi, Lucknow and Kharagpur; and the street dance competition Shuffle.
