Dear student,

Let the speed of sound be $v$ .

Hence the corresponding frequencies become $\dfrac{195v}{40}$ and $\dfrac{193v}{40}$ , respectively.

Let the frequency of third note be $f_0$ .

Therefore, $\dfrac{195v}{40}-f_0=9$

and $f_0-\dfrac{193v}{40}-=9$

Solving gives, $v=360m/s$
