Why 1-methyl 3-cyclohexene not optical active ? Please explain in basis of chiral carbon and plane of symmetry.

Dear Student
Please find the figure. The compound does not have chiral carbon . Also there is plane of symmetry which divides lower half and upper half in two equal parts. Therefore it is not chiral
