quantisation of charge simply means the value of charge is quantised and it cannot take any orbitary value , it must be either 1.6*10^-19 or its integral multiple , but when we are dealing with microscopic object , then only these value of charge are coming into sense , as microscopic object are tiny objects and they contain discrete charge particle that can be countable .
but in case of macroscopic object they contain numerous number of charges that cannot be countable .
and if u can find out that then it will be approx and not accurate .
so, for that reason due to the small value of charge and the quantity of charge in macroscopic object , we can ignore the quantisation process.
