Why potential is minimum at the place where Electric field is maximum ? Incase of a conductor in relation to capacitance (when charges tendd to leak out off the corners of conductor)

Electric field force is least inside the conduit since electrons in a channel are disseminated in such a way, to the point that they attempt to counterbalance every others impact/charge(q=0)(for unadulterated transmitters E=0).
