if you consider the above situation then you will notice
inside dipole the force on positive charge will be away from that charge and on negative charge will be towards it
for net force to be zero the magnitude o forces should be equal
but in this case the component of force alone dipole moment vector adds on and does not cancel each other
so net force cannot be zero
