The partial charge is the non – integer chrge which we also enotes by delta positive or negative charge which is seen in HCl rather thant qunatum charge.
And that is smaller thanquantuum chrge as the molucles having covalent bonding b/w them.
which is weaker than ionic bond therfore molecules having quantum no. of chrges have ionic bond between them.
