The electric field of a charge is the space property by goodness of which the charge changes the space around itself. Therefore, if any charge is gotten the space around the charge, it encounters electrostatic constrain. It might be called attention to that the source charge does not encounter any compel because of electric field delivered by it. The electric field because of a source charge has its own particular presence and is available regardless of the possibility that there is no test charge to encounter the compel.
