It’s the force exerted by two static charged particles containing non zero charges.

Example ,Paper strips attracted by a charged CD

Electro static is the phenomenon arise from the forces that electric charges exert on each other.or it is an electric field that associates to each point in the coloumb force.

Coulomb force, also called electrostatic force or Coulomb interaction, attraction or repulsion of particles or objects because of their electric charge

If the two charges have the same sign, the electrostatic force between them is repulsive; if they have different sign, the force between them is attractive. An electric field is a vector field that associates to each point in space the Coulomb force experienced by a test charge.

A charge body can attract or repeal another charged body or can attract uncharged body from a distance .This force is called electrostatic force.Ex: When we comb hair by comb on a dry hair and afterward we suddenly put on stripe of paper it will attract.

The force exerted due to repulsion of similar charges or attraction of opposite charges b/w two objects after they are rubbed over one another is called electrostatic force

The study of charges at rest is called Electrostatics.So the force between these two static charge is called Electrostatic Force.It is also called Coloumbs Force.
