f q₁ is the charge on the first sphere, the potential at its surface is:
V₁ = kq₁/r₁
q₁ = V₁r₁/k
Similarly for the 2nd sphere:
q₂ = V₂r₂/k
If the centres of the spheres are a distance d apart the force between the spheres is:
F = kq₁q₂/d²
= k(V₁r₁/k)(V₂r₂/k)/d²
= V₁r₁V₂r₂/(kd²)
Since V₁ = V₂ (=V) this becomes:
F = V²r₁r₂/(kd²)
Just stick the values in (remember distances must be converted to metres).
