We are given two points : A(i+j-k) and B(2i+3j+k)
  From the distance formulae of vectors , we can calculate the distance =√((2-1)^2+(3-1)^2+(1+1)^2)
                                                                                                                                    = 3m
We are given two charges q1 & q2 of 10^-6 each.
The value of k is 9 x10^9
We can find force by the following:
F = kq1q2/r2
   = (9 x 10^9 x 10^-12)/9
= 10^-3 N
