we know that magnetic field due to finite rod = μ0.i/4.pi.d ( sin@1 + sin@2) .. 
where d is the perpendicular distance of point p from rod.. 
i is current in rod and @1 and @2 is the angle substended from p to both ends of rod …
After putting the value we get B = μ0.i/4.pi.d x root3/2 ….
