Suppose we have two particles …..one is neutral and other is charged (either +ve or -ve )how can we know which particle has neutral charge and which has +ve or -ve charge ….without using third medium …....

By induction without physical contact of thr two bodies....
the body with unknown charge say X and the other with known charge Y
if on being brought closer they repel they are like charges
if attract opp charges,  nothing happens X is neutral
