state true or false with explanation: a capacitor which is charged to a certain potential using batery , and now battery is removed and capacitor is then connected to an uncharged capacitor and when switch is closed charge flows between capacitor. if this is true then why the answer to this iit 2001 question is zero: capacitor A has charge q on it whereas capacitor B in uncharged.the charge appearing on the capacitor B a long time after the switch is closed(capacitors are connected side by side wid switch in between)???please help reply very soon

The flow of charge depends on potential difference and is in turn depends on capacitance, as potential difference varies exponentially wrt time, it theoratically takes infinite time.
