The 5 capacitances in the mid are forming a wheatstone bridge. So, if a test battery were to be applied, the curent wouldn’t pass through the vertical C in the middle as it is a balanced wheatstone bridge. You can easily neglect that and calculate the equivalent capacitance of the network by keeping them in parallel and series combinations
